Dealer Contact Rates by Region
Go Milwaukee!
As we all know, the key to high close rates is a combination of high quality sales leads and a strong internal sales process. Response time, or getting on the phone and emailing prospects as soon as possible, is an important part of that strong sales process. This month we took a look at dealers in the major metro areas in the US with the best prospect contact rates.
The metro areas were ranked based on how many dealers in each area contacted their sales leads within a two-week period. Results are derived from follow-up phone surveys conducted on Dealix consumer leads. The smallest sample size per metro area was 200 surveys. Milwaukee and Denver dealers are definitely on the ball, as they received the highest scores in customer contact, following up with nearly every lead they received. Surprisingly, the New York area, one of the more Internet-ready areas of the country, is not on the list. What’s up, New York dealers?
